RCx training and registration scheme organised by the HKGBC with the support from the professional intuitions & EMSD, targets for technical practitioners involved in up-keeping the energy efficiencies of building facilities and/or assisted in the RCx process.
Training Content:
Module 1 - Introduction to RCx
1. RCx mechanism and involvement of various practitioners, their roles and responsibilities
2. Steps and practices to carry out RCx process at various stages
Module 2 - Investigation
1. How to conduct site evaluation and preliminary investigation
2. Basic concept and approaches of data analytic
Module 3 - Implementation
1. Identification of ESO from the diagnosis of analytic results
2. Basic concept and approaches for implementation, measurement and verification of ESO
Module 4 - M&V
1. Relevant Measurement & Verification standards for RCx and its on site practices
2. ESO saving estimation related to M&V and reporting of RCx project
Module 5 - On-going Cx
1. Setup KPI, induce training and reviewing on-going commissioning plan
